Terms of Service

1. Who we are
VividCart is developed and sold by Tech Art EOOD ("Tech Art", "we"), a company registered in Bulgaria, Veliko Tarnovo — UIC (ЕИК) 204248002, VAT No. BG204248002. Website: techart.bg. Contact: [email protected].
2. The product
VividCart consists of (a) a free WordPress plugin distributed via WordPress.org, and (b) a paid add-on, VividCart Pro, sold with an annual license. Both are tools that connect your WordPress/WooCommerce site to AI image providers (such as OpenAI or Google) using your own API keys. We do not provide, resell, meter or proxy AI generation capacity, and AI usage is billed to you directly by your chosen provider under that provider's terms.
3. Software license
- The plugin code (free and Pro) is licensed under the GNU GPL v2 or later.
- Your Pro license key entitles you to plugin updates and support for the number of sites in your plan, for one year from purchase. The key is not a restriction on the GPL code — it activates our update and support services.
- License terms renew annually unless cancelled. You will be notified before renewal.
4. Purchases, billing and taxes
Pro purchases are processed by our e-commerce partner acting as merchant of record, which handles payment, invoicing and applicable VAT/sales tax. The exact checkout provider is identified at the point of sale.
5. Refunds — 14-day money-back guarantee
If VividCart Pro doesn't work out for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no questions asked. This guarantee applies in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you have as an EU consumer, including the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.
6. Your responsibilities when using AI
- You must hold a valid account and API key with the AI provider you connect, and comply with that provider's terms and usage policies.
- You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for reviewing generated images before publishing them, including for accuracy, third-party trademarks, copyrighted characters and other rights.
- AI output quality is inherently variable. We provide workflow software; we cannot guarantee any particular quality, fidelity or fitness of AI-generated images.
- Provider API costs are yours; we recommend setting spending limits in your provider account.
7. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind (see the GPL). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Bulgarian and EU consumer protection law. Our total liability for any claim related to a Pro purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Support
Free plugin: community support via the WordPress.org forums. Pro: priority email support at [email protected] during Bulgarian business hours; we aim to respond within one business day.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. EU consumers retain the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Disputes may also be submitted via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
