Privacy Policy

The short version

1. The plugin (free and Pro)

The plugin stores your AI provider API keys encrypted in your own WordPress database; we never receive them. When you run a generation or edit, your prompt, relevant product details (name, category) and any source image you selected are sent over HTTPS to the provider you chose — see OpenAI's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. VividCart Pro additionally contacts our licensing service to validate your license key and deliver updates (data: license key, site URL, plugin version).

2. This website

vividcart.techart.bg uses Google Analytics (cookies) to understand aggregate traffic. IP addresses are processed by Google on our behalf. You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with any consent/blocking extension without affecting the site.

3. Purchases

When you buy VividCart Pro, checkout is handled by our e-commerce partner (merchant of record), who processes your name, email, billing country and payment details to complete the sale, issue invoices and handle VAT. We receive your name, email, license and order metadata — not your payment card details. We use your email to deliver the license, provide support and send essential service messages (renewal notices). We do not send marketing email without your explicit opt-in.

4. Support

If you email [email protected] we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of the request (up to 3 years).

5. Legal bases & retention

We process purchase and license data to perform our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); accounting records are kept as required by Bulgarian law (up to 10 years); analytics is based on our legitimate interest in understanding site usage (Art. 6(1)(f)).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing — email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or your local supervisory authority.
